How does my order ship? Is it protected?
Your letter photography order is shipped with great care. First, each photograph is placed into its very own polypropylene protective sleeve. This keeps your photographs from getting unwanted scratches during shipment and makes your photographs display worthy before they're even framed! Second, all orders are shipped with a tracking number for your convenience (available for US orders only). Thirdly, all orders are shipped with our guarantee. If a photograph shows up in less than satisfactory condition, we'll send you a new one of your choice at absolutely no charge. That's our promise. What services are available and how much? We ship using USPS for local, and international orders. All orders are shipped within a week after payment clears. Estimated shipping times are provided by United States Postal Service. USPS Priority: 3 business days
Canada USPS Canada mail: 1-2 weeks
International USPS International: 1-2 weeks
