How does my order ship? Is it protected?
Your letter photography order is shipped with great care. First, each photograph is placed into its very own 4x6 polypropylene protective sleeve. This keeps your photographs from getting unwanted scratches during shipment and makes your photographs display worthy before they're even framed! Sleeve only available for 4x6 prints at this time. Second, all orders are shipped with a tracking number for your convenience (available for US orders only). Thirdly, all orders are shipped with our guarantee. If a photograph shows up in less than satisfactory condition, we'll send you a new one of your choice at absolutely no charge. That's our promise. What services are available and how much? We ship all our orders through USPS. We offer a variety of shipping options below. Estimated shipping time is the time between when you place your order and the time it arrives at your door. All orders are shipped within 2-4 days after payment clears. United States USPS First class parcel: 7-10 business days
USPS Priority: 3-7 business days
Canada USPS Canada mail: 2-3 weeks
International USPS International: 2-3 weeks
