Fortunately, here at Letter Photography we take every stride to assure that you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase. In other words, we are fully committed to you as our customer. When you place an order, you are guaranteeing yourself the perfect online experience. I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PRINTS! ...it's not the end of the world. If you receive any print in less than satisfactory condition we'll send you a new one, free. We've all done it, ordered something that looked better online than in person. To assure this drowning experience won't describe your Letter Photography experience we've come up with an easy solution. We'll exchange* any letter of your choice that arrives looking less than expected with another one of the same letter. Your happiness is our promise. *To avoid fraud and to protect our property, we limit exchanges to 2 letters per order. We retain the right to deny any exchange request that we feel is fraudulent or feel our letters are being duplicated without permission. REFUNDS Simply said, refunds are not available. We offer every option possible to deliver you a 100% satisfied LP experience. |
