We've all done it, ordered something that looked better online than in person. We'll exchange* any letter of your choice that arrives looking less than expected with another one of the same letter. Your happiness is our promise.
*To avoid fraud and to protect our property, we limit exchanges to 2 letters per order. We retain the right to deny any exchange request that we feel is fraudulent or feel our letters are being duplicated without permission.
