How do I save my creation?
If you've created the absolutely perfect piece but would like to wait before purchasing, you can send your creation to your email. At any given time, you can click the link provided in your email and revisit your exact creation.

Do you offer framing options?
At the current time we do not offer framing options, only the letter photographs are included in your order. Frames can be found pre-matted for 3-6 4x6 openings at any local craft store for relatively cheap.

How does my order ship?
We offer shipping through USPS to anywhere in US, Canada, and the rest of the world! Each photograph is shipped in a 4x6 protective sleeve to assure a top quality letter on delivery! All orders are shipped with a tracking number provided by PayPal. We also offer different shipment services. To read more about Shipping and Handling, view our shipping page.

Where's my order!?
Still have not received your order? Don't worry, you haven't been forgotten! Orders are delayed due to a large rush of incoming orders which creates a large printing back-log. Although delays are rare, we handle them accordingly. Delayed orders are shipped priority (even if you chose ground shipping) to help make up for lost time. For more questions on a delayed order, please feel free to contact us for an update on your order progress.

I placed an order, but realized I may not get them in time. What do I do?
We do offer rush shipping options for those last minute gift purchases.
To have prints shipped out same day there is a $15 rush delivery fee charged through Paypal.
If you would like your order overnighted, there is a $25 shipping charge also processed through Paypal.
To rush ship an order, please contact us through email.

Do photographs come in color?
Color letters are not available just yet. As of now we offer black & white as well as sepia tone prints.

When you say 4x6 or 5x7, is that all of them together or each photograph?
Each photograph is offered in print sizes of 4x6 and 5x7. They do not all print out on one card. When framed, each individual cut out in a frame would be 4x6 or 5x7 depending on what you choose. For examples, visit our testimonials page which includes pictures from some of our previous customers.

Do photographs come horizontal or vertical?
Photographs are only printed vertically. If you have found the perfect frame but the cut outs are horizontal, our best advice is to turn your frame vertically so the word reads top to bottom.

Is my personal information protected?
Yes. All orders are processed using our secure PayPal checkout. Paypal is one of the leading online payment providers, so you can trust your personal information will be in safe hands. We do not share your personal information, including email, with anyone but Paypal.

Do you offer any other payment options other than Paypal?
At the moment, we only accept payments through Paypal. You do not need to sign up nor be a member of Paypal to use their service. Paypal protects us from fraudulent buyers, as well as protects you and your personal information from outside sources.
